Tess Schwartz

Tess Schwartz is an occupational therapist who works with preschool children throughout the area. She completed her teacher training in 2010 through the Himalayan Institute, both here in Buffalo and in Honesdale, PA. Originally from England she now lives in WNY with her husband with whom she shares a daughter. Tess likes to include her knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy, sensory/motor processing and her joy of the “magic” of yoga into her classes to help bring a sense of stress relief, strength and well being.
