December 12, 2025

Meditation Satsang

Join us in silent, seated meditative awareness. The teacher will lead a 15-minute introduction to help you settle into your practice, followed by 30 minutes of silence. Again, the teacher will guide students for the last portion of the class, offering space for reflection, questions, and the sharing of experience.

December 13, 2025

Relax and Breathe

In this workshop, you will be guided through a practice of relaxed breath training and learn how to cultivate the 5 qualities of relaxed breath, hone your breath awareness, and use that awareness to align gentle movement with your breath.

December 20, 2025

Early Winter Walk

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the season, join us for a winter solstice walk and meditation at Beaver Island State Park. We will sit along the Niagara River for Meditation. Please bring a blanket to sit on and your binoculars, if you have them, to catch the wildlife in action!
