Colleen Maloney-Berman
Colleen began practicing yoga in 1995 and in 2018, she completed the 200-hour yoga teacher training program at the Himalayan Institute of Buffalo. Her hatha practice and teaching incorporate elements of chair yoga and yin yoga. Colleen believes in the importance of yoga to maintain wellbeing in body and mind. Before retirement, she directed a program for international students at the University at Buffalo.
